| Kad išimtu iš spintos | ( To remove from the closet) |
| Drabuželi švaru švaru | (The clothing clean, clean) |
| Ir varsteli iš gintaro | (And a necklace made of amber) |
| * Jau Birute apsirengus | (Now Birute is all dressed) |

| * Jiems nuo stalo trupiniu | (Them crumbs from the table,) |
| * Iš rankeliu iš dosniu | ( From her hands, from generosity) |
| Išsilupe ta pilkute | (Belted out the little gray) |
| Birutelei lelijelei | ( Little Birute, water-lily) |
| Čiulba, šneka | (Chirping, talking) |
| Štai prie tako | (Look here by the path) |
| * Tu labai gera mergyte | (You are a very good lttle girl |
| * Tau nereikia daug sakyti | (You don't have to be told often) |
| * Viska tu žinai pati | ( You know everything yourself ) |
| Tu tvarkinga, tu darbšti | (You are neat, you are diligent) |
| O mamyte malonioji | (Oh mommy dearest) |
| Pyrageli ivynioja | (A pastry she does wrap ) |
| Prie pieštuku knygu deda | (By the pencils books are placed) |
| I darželi dukra veda | (To the kindergarden, the daughter's led) |
| ** Parodykite man, ka jus atsikele rytais darote | (Show me what you do when you wake up in the morning) |
